Short, because the product is short: pay more, rank higher.

New listings start at $5. Everything is whole US dollars.
Raises are at least $1 more than your current total.
Claiming #1 from the current leader costs at least $5 more than the top paid amount. You can choose a lower amount and take whichever rank that total earns.
You only ever pay the difference. Going from $40 to $60 costs $20, and your listing then shows $60.
Rank is your cumulative total, high to low. Equal totals keep the order they were placed, so the older bid stays above.
Being outbid is not a service fault. Outside any statutory cancellation or refund right, someone taking your spot later does not qualify for a discretionary refund.
Your listing is published when Stripe confirms payment. At checkout you request that the service starts immediately. Cancellation and refund rights are explained in the terms.
Payment completed but the listing has not appeared? The placement service has not started. Email hi@gamerank.lol to request help or a full refund.

Nothing changes on the board until Stripe confirms the payment.

Link the destination people should open. Playable games, store pages, gaming websites, engines, assets and tools are welcome.
No chat or invite links such as Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, Signal or Messenger. No link shorteners.
Query strings and fragments are stripped. Your link is stored clean, and we add our own utm_source on the way out.
One listing per URL. Submitting a URL that already exists raises that listing instead of duplicating it.
Pick the platform or engine that best fits. Gaming websites without a dedicated engine should use Web / other.
The 'built with' tag is free, optional, and doesn't affect rank.
No adult content, gambling, malware or unlawful material. Listings that break these rules may be removed. Refund treatment follows the terms and applicable law.

One bid puts you on the global board, a platform board and a category board at the same time. You are not paying twice.
Platform and category boards use the same cumulative total as the global board, filtered.
Rank is based only on cumulative paid amount. Likes never change paid rank or break a tie.
Likes show community popularity and are limited to one best-effort like per browser. They are not proof of unique people, quality, traffic or sales.
Visits are click-throughs from GameRank to a listing, deduplicated by network within a short window. They are analytics, not a guarantee.

Your listing is public. Anyone can see the title, blurb, link, platform, handle, paid amount and like count.
We can remove listings that break the rules or create a legal or security risk. Refunds and ledger adjustments follow the terms and applicable law.
There is no account. Your URL is your identity. Keep the receipt Stripe sends you.
