The commercial terms. Short, and written to be read.

GameRank.lol is an online service operated under the Onima Sylo name.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

A paid placement on the GameRank leaderboard. Your position is your cumulative spend, ranked against everyone else's.
New listings start at $5. Raising costs at least $1 more than your current total, and you pay only the difference.
You are buying placement, not traffic. We do not promise clicks, players, sales or any particular position over time. Anyone can outbid you at any moment. That is the mechanic and the whole product.
Your listing is published as soon as Stripe confirms your payment.
Likes are a separate community-popularity count. They do not change rank, create a purchased entitlement or guarantee traffic.

If you are a consumer, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 normally give you 14 days to cancel a distance contract and receive a refund.
At checkout we ask you to request that the service starts immediately. If you cancel during the 14-day period after service has started, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to cancellation.
You lose the cancellation right only if the service has been fully performed and you acknowledged that consequence before performance began.
If you paid but your listing has not appeared, the placement service has not started and you can request a full refund by email.
To cancel, email hi@gamerank.lol with your Stripe receipt details and a clear statement that you want to cancel.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights if the service is not supplied as described or is not supplied at all.

Listing published, and we failed to supply what is described here: a refund or partial refund may apply depending on what went wrong.
Outside any statutory cancellation or refund right, a listing that is published and working as described is not eligible for a discretionary refund merely because someone outbids it. Being outbid is part of the service.
If we remove a listing for breaking the content rules, any refund is assessed under these terms and applicable law. We do not remove statutory rights.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. A refund reduces your ranked total by the amount refunded.
Chargebacks: if you dispute a payment, the corresponding amount is removed from your position.

Link a public game, gaming website, store, engine, asset or tool. No chat, invite or shortener links.
No adult content, gambling, malware, or anything unlawful.
We can remove a listing that breaks the content rules or creates a legal or security risk. Any refund is handled under these terms and applicable law.
To request removal of your own listing, email hi@gamerank.lol from an address you can prove controls the link.

If we cannot resolve it, UK consumers can seek alternative dispute resolution or contact Citizens Advice.
